Are There Any Other Conditions for Obtaining a Refund?

You must show that you failed the exam after purchasing our product, not before.

The product must be purchased directly through the MyCertify.net site. You must also be the only user of the training software. In addition, you must make your request for a refund within 30 days of purchasing the test material. If you wish to have a product exchange instead, you may take an additional 30 days to make your request.

The Following Conditions Will Cause Your Refund Request to be Denied

  • If you fail the exam within 7 days of purchasing our training materials. At MyCertify.net, we recommend that you spend at least 7 days preparing for the exam using our platform.
  • We will not refund outdated exam materials or if you purchased the wrong training materials.
  • We will not issue a refund if the account holder's name is different from the exam taker.
  • Request is made 31 days after purchase.
